The Community Healthcare CooperativeCHC is a community-focused, member-funded organization, providing affordable healthcare solutions for individuals, families and employers.

CHC Is similar to an Agricultural Cooperative, which provides a “One-Stop” community service for farmers.  CHC is a “One-Stop” healthcare service for you and everyone in your community.

Our Mission: To make healthcare affordable, less financially risky and easier to manage.

A CHC Plan is Affordable:  The CHC Healthcare Plan’s monthly cost is about 50% lower than any ACA or Group insurance plan.  The CHC Healthcare Plan is not insurance, therefore you are not required to pay for coverages you don’t want.

We only offer one Healthcare Plan.  Why not more?  The CHC Healthcare Plan includes all Medical Services with no deductibles or co-insurance costs.  Just a simple and affordable Co-Pay.  That’s the reason we only need to offer one healthcare plan.

Member Services:  Every CHC Member receives a personal CHC Healthcare Concierge to help the Member with a wide range of health and cost related issues.

Corporate Headquarters: We’re located in Colorado and offer our CHC Membership & CHC Healthcare Plan anywhere in the U.S. and the World.  We’ve been around for over eight years.

People Insuring People is Who We Are

The Problem Needing to be Solved:  Reports show that fewer people have health insurance.  Many people avoid medical treatment because they can’t afford the cost of Traditional Health Insurance.

Yet, they still need basic wellness and non-routine medical services. For routine services they want to use their doctor.  Others, just put-off seeing a doctor or use a hospital ER.

This is a significant, community-wide issue that is not being solved.

In each case, your Residents and Employers are all looking for a solution to their Medical Cost Issue.  You can deliver the solution by teaming with CHC.

For several reasons

Your residents don’t have access to affordable health insurance or an affordable healthcare plan.  For many, it has become too expensive to purchase health insurance.  When they have a medical issue, they go to their doctor or the hospital ER.  Payment to the Medical Provider is in doubt.

Doctors and other Medical Providers are leaving the community.  Many are moving away because of funding.  There is not enough money to provide the medical services.

Hospitals and clinics are closing due to less revenue, less state and federal aid and higher bad dept.  Hospitals are seeing more patients without health insurance with no way to get paid.  Hospital budgets are under pressure with no good solutions.

Employers are likely leaving the community and fewer are arriving because they can’t get affordable healthcare for their employees.

State and federal governments are not providing any meaningful assistance to communities. The future for Medicaid and other state and federal aid programs are in doubt. The problem is money. For many, it has become too expensive to purchase health insurance.

In each case the issue is money.  The answer is “Your Community must become financially Self-Reliant”.  The question is, “How”?

CHC can answer the “How”.  Contact CHC and ask for a Community Subsidy proposal.

No.  CHC will fund the Community Subsidy Initiative.

CHC will do it for you! Here’s How.

Lower the number of uninsured Residents:  We do this by making a Healthcare program more affordable.

Increase the number of employers offering an affordable healthcare plan:  We do this by lowering the employee’s insurance cost and eliminating the need for employers to subsidize their healthcare plan.

Change the Insurance Money Path:  With traditional insurance, money flows from the insured to the insurance company.  Then from the insurance company to medical providers.

Get the insurance company out of the Money Path.

CHC Redirects the Money Path to a “Community Healthcare Pool”. Your Residents contribute to a “Healthcare Pool.   The Pool makes monthly payments to your Community hospital to subsidize and support the hospital’s operating budget.

We’ll provide more details in your Community Subsidy Proposal.

Two ways

Community Hospital Support:  Help CHC convince the community hospital to adopt the CHC Hospital Subsidy Program.

✓  Community Support:  Get the message out via media and other community programs to all individuals, families and employers residing in your Community.

Yes!  You Subsidy Proposal has Two Options

Option 1 – Transactional Subsidy:  Simply introduce CHC to your Residents, Employers and Staff.  For those who have health insurance, ask them if they would like to have a “free”, no obligation review of their healthcare insurance plan.

For those who do not have insurance, ask them if they would be interested in having an affordable healthcare plan.

Collect some basic information and forward to CHC.  We will follow-up with each Resident with a no cost CHC Healthcare Affordability Review.

CHC will pay you a $100 Subsidy for each Resident you assist to purchase a CHC Healthcare Plan.

Option 2 – Annuity Subsidy:  With this Option, your staff person counsels your Residents, does their Quote and takes their application to purchase their CHC Healthcare Plan.  If you prefer, a CHC Staff Person will be assigned to your Community Office to perform these functions.

CHC Annuity Subsidy Example  Let’s take a typical 30 year old who has purchased a CHC Healthcare Plan. The monthly price is about $230. The monthly Annuity Subsidy would be $23.00, $276 per year.

Next, by only adding 10 new Residents per month would produce a total, initial, annual Annuity Subsidy for you of over $33,000.  And this Annuity Subsidy could continue for many years.

Summary:  The Annuity Subsidy has the greatest cash amount and is the longest paying. The Annuity Subsidy is much better than the one-time, Transactional Subsidy.

With either Option it will be a great Service offered by you to your Community and your staff.

Create a Healthcare Affordability Board:  CHC and your Community, establish a “Healthcare Affordability Board”.  The Board sets guidelines and policies.  CHC manages the day-to-day functions for the Community-wide Healthcare Program.

More details will be provided in your Community Subsidy Proposal.

Yes!  The Community Healthcare Cooperative simply gives your Staff, Residents and Employers another option. They can then choose which option is best for them.

Out-of-Pocket Costs:  CHC has no Deductible or Co-Insurance Cost.  Only a single, affordable Co-Pay with a Maximum of $1,000 Out-of-Pocket cost per Medical Claim.
