Introduction:  The Home Page introduced you to how CHC can benefit you and your Association.  This page presents more details.  In specific, we are offering you two Proposals.  One, to help your members and receive a Financial Reimbursement from CHC.  Two, to help your Staff have an affordable Healthcare Plan.  

Financial Reimbursement Proposal:  Offer the CHC Healthcare plan to your members.  Then, have CHC pay your expenses.
Your first reaction may be "Why?"  We have some novel thoughts for you. Please read on.

Affordable Healthcare Proposal:  Offer the CHC Healthcare plan to your Staff as your main healthcare plan or as an optional choice with your current "Group" plan.  You can include volunteers and other non-employees.

The CHC Financial Reimbursement is for Your Association 

Your Purpose:   Most Unions and Trade Associations are formed to provide services for its members.  The Chamber of Commerce promotes business.  The United Auto Workers is a union supporting workers.
Regardless of the type of Organization, two facts are clear.  Affordable healthcare is a prime subject and raising money is an on-going activity.

We have a business model and proposal for you that meets both of these objectives.

Your Financial Reimbursement Proposal:  We are proposing you offer the CHC Membership and Healthcare Plan along with your other Association's products and services.  We will pay you a Financial Reimbursement for each Member and Member Company you sponsor who join CHC and purchase a CHC Healthcare Plan.

The Benefit to You:  The money you save them makes your Association more valuable and lowers their cost to join and to use your other Association's products and services.

The Rationale:   Virtually every company either has a healthcare plan or wants one.  If they have a healthcare plan, it is likely a "Group" plan that is expensive and most of their employees don't purchase it.
If they don't have a healthcare plan, and you show them how they can get one that is affordable, they are indebted to you.  This makes them more likely to remain or join your Association.

Your "Talking Point": You could say, "Because of the money I can save you, you might use some of that money to join our Association".

Your ARP Reimbursement:   We will reimburse you 10% of the monthly CHC Membership & Healthcare Plan amount paid by any Member or the Member Company you Sponsor.  Your Reimbursement will continue month-after-month, year-after-year as long as you and your Member or Member Company remain affiliated with CHC.  Sponsor several Members and Member Companies and you could receive "Free" healthcare for your company.

An additional Benefit:    E ven if your prospect doesn't join your Association, you still receive your Reimbursement if they join CHC and purchase a CHC Healthcare Plan.  And, you have left them feeling good that you are interested in helping them. There's always another day!

An affordable healthcare plan for your Staff

Proposal 2:  We are proposing that you offer the CHC Healthcare Plan as your main healthcare plan or along with your current healthcare plan.  Let your Staff decide which plan they want. v   We can significantly lower your plan's monthly cost

You Have Two Options

Proposal 2:  You are paid a Reimbursement Compensation for each of your Members you sponsor and who join CHC.  The amount of your Reimbursement is based on the type of services you perform. You Have Two Options:

Option 1 - Referral:  Simply introduce CHC to your prospects and Members.  For those Members who have health insurance, ask them if they would like to have a “free”, no obligation review of their healthcare insurance plan.

For those Members who do not have insurance, ask them if they would be interested in having healthcare insurance that is affordable.
Collect some basic information and forward to CHC.  We will follow-up with a CHC Healthcare Affordability Review for each Member who answers “Yes”.  Your Referral Reimbursement amount will be shown in your Proposal.

Option 2 - Counseling:  Have a staff person, or your salesperson, perform the CHC Healthcare Affordability Review (the Quote).  This would normally be done at the time the salesperson meets with their prospect or Member.  The time to do a Quote is about 5 minutes or less. 

Next, the salesperson would review the results with the prospect or Member.  The review process takes on average about 10 minutes. Then, if the Member wants to join CHC and purchase a CHC Healthcare Plan, the salesperson would help the Member complete a short application and forward to CHC for processing.  This takes about 10 minutes.

Your Counseling Reimbursement is an Annuity-Style payment.  This means your Reimbursement will continue month-after-month, year-after-year as long as your Member remains a CHC Member and you remain with CHC.

Recommendation:   The Counseling Reimbursement option has the greatest Reimbursement amount and is the longest paying.  The "Annuity-Style"  Counseling Reimbursement is much better than the one-time, Referral Compensation.  With either Option it will be another great service offered by your Association for the benefit of your Members.

Action:  Request a Proposal. When you receive a proposal from us, you'll see that the CHC Affiliate Compensation Program can produce significant income for your Association and your sales staff.

How You Receive Your Financial Reimbursement

To Start:   We're going to use some financial terms.

Transactional Income is what you receive when you sell a product or a service.  You get paid once per transaction.

Annuity Income is when you receive income without doing anything.  Of course, you must do something once. But after that one event, you would receive continuing income.

Your Membership Dues:  Your Membership dues are a form of Annuity Income you are currently receiving.  As you may already recognize, Annuity Income is much better than Transactional Income.  Especially if you want to build a business, take time off, enjoy life and family, and not have your income suffer!

A Financial Model to Consider:  In the financial world, other than paying their dues, your Members would be classified as “Non-Performing Assets”.  Because you only receive compensation when your Member purchases a product or service your Association offers.  Only then would your Members be classified as a “Performing Asset”.

Annuity Income turns you Members into full-time "Performing Assets.  Even if you never sell them another product or service and even if they leave your Association.  CHC will continue to pay your Financial Reimbursement.

The Model - Consider an airline.  Until the airplane flies with paying customers, the plane is a cost, a Non-Performing Asset.  Every empty seat is loss income.  When the plane flies with paying customers, the plane is a revenue producer, a “Performing Asset”.  More paying customers, more income.  The same applies to your Association.

Moving Forward:  Currently, your Members are primarily Non-Performing Assets.  Your current and previous Members offer you the opportunity to receive significant, non-dues, non-sales Annuity income. 

The CHC Financial Subsidy Program turns your Members into full time, Performing Assets.  The more Members who join CHC, the more Financial Reimbursements you receive.

Auto Dealerships: How People Buy Cars - How Dealerships Sell Cars

How People Buy Cars:  They locate a reputable dealer.  They go to the dealership.  They probably look at some cars and the pricing before going inside to talk with a salesperson.  Once inside, they'll be shown options.  This is the fun part.  They are choosing what they want.  They are "building" their car. 

Now it gets down to the business of buying the car.  This is not fun.  The salesperson and the sales manager are back and forth until finally everyone agrees on the price.  But for the dealership, the process is not finished.
