Answer: For several reasons.
ü Your residents don't have access to affordable health insurance or an affordable healthcare plan. For many, it has become too expensive to purchase health insurance. When they have a medical issue, they go to their doctor or the hospital ER. Payment to the Medical Provider is in doubt.
ü Doctors and other Medical Providers are leaving the community. Many are moving away because of funding. There is not enough money to provide the medical services.
ü Hospitals and clinics are closing due to less revenue, less state and federal aid and higher bad dept. Hospitals are seeing more patients without health insurance with no way to get paid. Hospital budgets are under pressure with no good solutions.
ü Employers are likely leaving the community and fewer are arriving because they can't get affordable healthcare for their employees.
ü State and federal governments are not providing any meaningful assistance to communities. The future for Medicaid and other state and federal aid programs are in doubt. The problem is money. For many, it has become too expensive to purchase health insurance.
In each case the issue is money. The answer is "Your Community must become financially Self-Reliant".
The question is, "How"? CHC can answer the "How". Contact CHC and ask for a proposal.
Answer: No. CHC will fund the Community Financial Subsidy Initiative.
Answer: With traditional insurance, money flows from the insured to the insurance company. Then from the insurance company to medical providers.
CHC redirects the money flow to a “Community Healthcare Pool”. Your residents contribute to a "Medical Pool". The Pool makes monthly payments to the Community hospital to subsidize and support the hospital’s operating budget.
CHC can also include other community medical providers. Let's discuss.
ü Community Support: Get the message out via media and other community programs to all individuals, families and employers residing in your Community.
Answer: Yes. Your Financial Subsidy is based on the services you perform. You have two options.
Option 1 - Referral Subsidy: Simply introduce CHC to your Community. For those residents who have a health insurance plan, ask them if they would like to have a “free”, no obligation review of their current plan.
For those who do not have insurance, ask them if they would be interested in having healthcare insurance that is affordable. Collect some basic information and forward to CHC.
We will follow-up with each person you refer to us. Your Financial Subsidy is $100 for each successful sign-up. This includes all employees of a company that joins CHC and purchases a CHC Healthcare Plan.
Option 2 - Counseling Compensation:
Help Design your Resident's Healthcare Plan: Help your Resident choose the CHC Healthcare Plan's Coverages and Benefits that meets their needs and budget.
Generate a Price Quote: Use the CHC Quote form to price the CHC Healthcare Plan.
Follow-up: Obtain approval to join the CHC and purchase a CHC Healthcare Plan. Prepare an order form and send to CHC for processing.
Your Counseling Subsidy: 10% of the monthly CHC Plan price. Your Financial Subsidy is an "Annuity-Style" payment, which means you receive your Financial Subsidy each month you and your sourced CHC Member remain with CHC.
Answer: CHC and you, the Community, establish a "Healthcare Affordability Board". The Board sets guidelines and policies. CHC manages the day-to-day functions for the Community-wide Healthcare Program.
More details will be provided in our Community Healthcare Proposal. To request a proposal please Click "Get a Proposal" HUG.
