Look, and you will find, there are likely no "Branded" companies offering healthcare in your Community. Only individual insurance brokers. That is your opportunity.
Financial Proposal: Offer the CHC Healthcare plan to all your clients, along with your current products or services.
Healthcare Proposal: For you and your Staff, offer the CHC Healthcare plan as your main healthcare plan or as an optional choice with your current "Group" plan. We can include volunteers and other non-employees.

Your Role: To help individuals, families and employers get an affordable Healthcare Plan. Virtually every person and employee need and want a healthcare plan. What stands in their way is the cost. Your objective is to describe CHC's basic purpose and to show them that CHC has affordable Healthcare plans for everyone.
Your prospects fall into three categories:
People who have no healthcare insurance: Many people have gone without because they can’t afford the cost. Show them that CHC has Healthcare Plans that start as low as $75 bimonthly.
People who have traditional insurance: These people are paying too much. These people are not aware of CHC and our Healthcare plan’s affordability and benefits.
Your role is to help these people by introducing them to CHC. Show them how much money they can save with a CHC Healthcare Plan. Show the range of Benefits and Coverages. Much more than a typical insurance plan. And, don't forget their Out-of-Pocket costs. Likely they have $7,000 or more. With CHC, only $1,000.
Employers: There are two different groups. In one group are employers who want to offer a healthcare plan for their employees, but can't afford the cost.
The other group are employers who have a "Group" insurance plan. These employers are paying too much for their Group plan and usually have a low employee take rate.
What is more disturbing is almost all Group plans have about an $8,000 out-of-pocket cost for each employee. Double that for a family plan. Most employees can't pay $8,000 to use their Group plan. So, an employer may be subsidizing their Group plan that is unaffordable to use.
Your role, for each category, is to educate and do a Quote: Show the comparison between the CHC Healthcare Plan and their current healthcare plan.
Your Services: Your compensation is based on each Prospect who joins the Community Healthcare Cooperative and purchase a CHC Healthcare Plan. The amount of your compensation is based on the services you perform.
Option 1 - Referral Compensation:
Simply introduce CHC to your Prospects. For those Prospects who have health insurance, ask them if they would like to have a “free”, no obligation review of their healthcare insurance plan.
For those Prospects who do not have insurance, ask them if they would be interested in having healthcare insurance that is affordable. Collect some basic information and forward to CHC.
We will follow-up with a CHC Healthcare Affordability Review for each Prospect you refer to us. Your Compensation is $100 for each successful sign-up.
Option 2 - Counseling Compensation:
Help Your Prospect Design Their CHC Healthcare Plan: Help your Prospect choose the CHC Healthcare Plan's Coverages and Benefits that meets their needs and budget.
Generate a Price Quote: Use the CHC Quote form to price the Prospect's CHC Plan.
Follow-up with your Prospect: Obtain the Prospect’s approval to join the CHC and purchase a CHC Healthcare Plan. Prepare an order form and send to CHC for Processing.
Your Compensation: 10% of the monthly CHC Plan price. Your compensation is an "Annuity-Style", which means you receive your compensation each month you and your sourced CHC Member remain with CHC.
Establish a Local CHC Office: To further increase your income, build a local CHC business. Hire, train and manage a team of CHC Reps. Make CHC a career. Be your own boss. Become financially independent!
Compensation: For each CHC Rep you recruit, train and manage, CHC pays you a 5% compensation based on the sales volume of the Rep. Your Rep is paid the Option 2 compensation: 10%
Support: In addition to all you receive as a single Rep, you can also have your own personal website. Your CHC website will be personalized for you and your office.
Sales Support: Each CHC Rep is teamed with an experienced CHC Master Rep. You can receive help with Quotes, and even presentations.
Training Support: CHC will train you to use the CHC Quote form. Training in sales and product knowledge also is available.
Client Service Support: When any of your clients' needs assistance, the CHC Home Team will service your client for you. CHC is your "Back-Office" managing the day-to-day CHC Member needs including medical claims and other medically related questions.
Our objective is to keep you in front of prospects and away from non-sales activities.
Marketing Material Support: Business cards, presentation hand-outs are all available and can be customized for you.
Website Marketing: You can also have your own website personalized for you.
Healthcare: CHC will provide you and your family with a discounted CHC Healthcare Plan. The CHC Plan can also include your family pets.
To Start: We're going to use some financial terms.
Transactional Income is what you usually receive when you perform a service or sell a product. You get paid once. No residual or recurring income. Or if you do, your compensation may be reduced in the future.
Annuity Income is when you receive income without doing anything. Of course, you must do something once. But after that one event, you would receive continuing income.
With CHC, your compensation continues; month-after-month, year-after-year.
And we don't reduce your compensation after the first month.
Annuity Income is much better than Transactional Income. Especially if you want to build a business, take time off, enjoy life and family, and not have your income suffer!
Your Prospects: Individuals, families, and employers. Anyone in your Community.
Consider: If you only focus on individuals, the time you spend explaining CHC may result in only one new sale. The time spent with a family may result in the equivalent of four sales.
BUT, a presentation with an employer can result in 10s to 100s of sales.
We suggest that you focus on employers and their employees.
Also: Our experience shows that you will need to make about five presentations with prospects before you start to feel comfortable. Making five sales, you are on your way to success.
Just like any new business, it takes time to get comfortable and to build your business.
Stick to it and you will be rewarded!
Your Territory: The USA. You are not limited to any territory. CHC is available to anyone in the U.S., Citizen and non-citizen.
Prospects: Unlike some sales where you are restricted by area or the nature of the product or service, everyone is a CHC prospect.
Everyone needs an affordable healthcare plan: individuals, families, and employers.
Reason: Because you are not being compensated for any insurance sales.
If you have an insurance license you can continue to receive your commissions.
We do want to make sure that your insurance sales do not conflict with CHC.
CHC has a wide variety of approved marketing documents. We do supply you with both a PDF and an excel SS quote forms.
If you desire to use any communication, marketing or advertising materials not supplied by CHC, then you must submit the proposed marketing materials and advertising for written approval by CHC before use.
